Shipping info: Shipping takes around 2-5 business days after processing. EXCLUDING WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS

PLEASE ALLOW 1-10 BUSINESS DAYS for processing excluding weekends and holidays. If you live in GA shipping is 1-2 business day after processing.

Shipping tracking information: A tracking number & a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided once processing has been completed & your order has been shipped.

If the product you ordered is not available, We will contact you immediately by phone, email, or both to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not a viable option for you and you wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue your payment as a refund immediately.

(Disputed charges: if you dispute a charge after receiving a merchandise/product I will be obligated to press criminal charges of fraud & move forward with court matters as well)

All wigs come in standard medium sized caps if custom size needed (large or small) must notify before tracking is sent!
